We want every customer to receive safe, fresh, and good-quality mushroom products from Mushroom.lk.
Because our products are food items, returns are accepted only under specific conditions such as damaged products, wrong products, or verified quality issues.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or incorrectly stored items.
Returns may be accepted only if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- There is a verified product quality issue.
2. Reporting Time
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted, especially for perishable or food-related products.
3. Proof Required
To process a return, replacement, or refund request, we may ask for:
- Order number or purchase details
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened food products
- Used products
- Products damaged due to incorrect storage after delivery
- Products returned without prior approval
- Products reported after the accepted reporting period
5. Replacement Policy
If your request is approved, we may offer a replacement product depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Replacement decisions will be made after reviewing the submitted proof and order details.
6. Refund Policy
If a replacement is not possible, we may issue a refund for the affected product.
Refunds will be processed using a suitable method agreed between the customer and Galkanda Farm Agri.
7. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by our error or a verified delivery-related damage.
8. Product Storage Responsibility
Customers are responsible for storing products properly after delivery.
We are not responsible for quality issues caused by incorrect storage, exposure to moisture, heat, contamination, or delayed opening after delivery.
9. Fresh Mushroom Products
Fresh mushrooms are highly perishable. Return or refund requests for fresh mushrooms must be reported immediately after delivery with clear photo evidence.
10. Dehydrated & Powdered Products
Dehydrated mushrooms and mushroom powder must be kept sealed, dry, and away from direct sunlight. Once opened, these products cannot be returned unless there is a verified quality issue.
11. Final Decision
Galkanda Farm Agri reserves the right to approve or reject return, replacement, or refund requests after reviewing the submitted details and evidence.
